Helpline
We believe that supporting our client
an providing helpline services is essential and this therefore
plays a very large part in our business.
We have dedicated helpline support staff who have detailed
knowledge of all our systems and are able to communicate in
user-friendly language to assist you. Our telephone support
is available during normal office hours (9 ñ 5.30);
also we provide emergency mobile phone cover during weekends/bank
holidays so youíre never left without support.
To further enhance our helpline support we use a modem link
with our clients; this means that we can carry out immediate
helpline functions and provide on the spot solutions for most
queries.
We also provide regular software upgrade facilities which
add all the latest features to your existing system ñ
so even if your system is several years old it can have up
to the minute facilities.
The initial set up of the system is essential to its success
and our own in-house skilled technicians are fully qualified
to undertake the configuration of your system prior to installation
and, of course, are on hand to assist you should any technical
problems ever arise.
